Sculpture culture

The Year 10 students have recently completed a sculptural portrait project.

They were tasked with exploring a theme that was personally important to them and producing sculptures. They have worked using papier-mâché, Modroc, glue guns, fabric, found objects, dry brushing, crackle glaze, spray paint, and just about every other material they could lay their hands on in the Art department. Year 10 have developed their understanding of meanings within artworks and self expression. This is a visual demonstration of how comfortable they are with the topic. I am very proud of all of them.
